Tendie Terminal "100M → 100B Challenge": Official Rules
1. No purchase necessary
Free to enter. No purchase, payment, token holding, deposit, or transaction of any kind is required to enter or win. Buying any token, including $NLO, does not improve your chances.
2. Simulated trading only
All trading on Tendie Terminal uses simulated "tendies" (🍗) with no cash value. Tendies cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or redeemed. Simulated fills use public market prices plus modeled slippage and fees and do not reflect real execution. Nothing here is financial advice.
3. Sponsor

4. Eligibility
Open to individuals 18+ (or the age of majority where they live) in jurisdictions where this promotion is legal. Void where prohibited, including [list excluded jurisdictions] and any sanctioned country or person. The sponsor, the admins, and their immediate family members are not eligible. One account per person: entrants must verify with one Solana wallet (by signing a message, with no transaction) or one X account at least [30] days old. Nickname-only accounts may play but cannot win.
5. Challenge period
Starts [date/time ET] and ends at the earlier of (a) the first verified winner, or (b) [end date/time ET].
6. How to win
Every account starts with 🍗100,000,000. The first eligible entrant whose exit value (cash plus the simulated proceeds of selling every position at that moment, after slippage and fees) reaches 🍗100,000,000,000 is flagged as the potential winner. Sim fills are rejected on tokens with less than $[5,000] liquidity or when simulated slippage exceeds [50]%.
7. Prize
One (1) prize of [1] SOL (approximate value [$X] at launch). Paid manually by the admin to the winner's verified Solana wallet within [14] days of approval. There are no automated payouts. The winner is responsible for any taxes and may be asked for tax or identity information where required by law. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution is allowed except by the sponsor.
8. Verification and disqualification
Each potential winner's full trade history is reviewed. The sponsor may disqualify anyone for multiple accounts, bots or automation, exploiting bugs, data-feed glitches or stale prices, collusion, or any activity the sponsor considers unfair. If a potential winner is disqualified or doesn't respond within [7] days, the next eligible entrant to reach the goal (if any) may be considered.
9. Admin decision is final
All decisions by the sponsor and admins on eligibility, scoring, winners, and the rules are final and binding.
10. Changes and cancellation
The sponsor may change, suspend, or cancel the challenge if fraud, technical failure, or anything else threatens its integrity, and will post notice here.
11. Privacy
We store your nickname, wallet address or X handle, IP address at signup (for anti-abuse), and your simulated trade history. We don't sell personal data. [Privacy contact]
